Jeremy Miller

Jeremy Miller is an intellectual property attorney focused on helping clients acquire and protect patents and trademarks. After finishing his degree in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University, Mr. Miller chose to attend the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia for its proximity to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This opportunity allowed him to meet, learn, and work alongside patent and trademark examiners and private practitioners with decades of experience.

While working for a boutique intellectual property law firm in Virginia, Mr. Miller counseled clients on their patent matters, both domestic and foreign, to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to reach the clients’ goals. His services included patent drafting, prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, managing the application process with foreign associates in other countries, conducting patent validity and infringement opinion, and counseling on patent portfolios.  Mr. Miller continues to provide these services to clients of SnyderLaw.

Helping businesses establish, acquire, and protect trademarks is a source of professional pride for Mr. Miller. Whether the client is in the initial stages of forming its business or has operations across the globe, Mr. Miller can help create a strong mark that is adequately enforced against potential infringers.  He has managed large international trademark portfolios with registrations in over 90 different countries, and he has routinely written trademark infringement and clearance opinions. Whether you are seeking trademark assistance for the first time or your company is seeking help with its trademark portfolio, Mr. Miller is happy to listen to your needs and help you achieve your goals.

Mr. Miller is currently a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
